Tootbus Versailles Palace - Half-Day Tour

Departing from Paris by coach, we will take you discover the splendour of the Versailles Palace, iconic symbol of French history, art, and architecture.

The Estate covers 800 hectares and has served as a hunting lodge, a seat of power, and since the 19th century, a museum. The rooms of the Palace house collections of paintings and sculptures representing both the prominent figures that illustrate the history of France and the significant events that have shaped it.
Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979, the Palace of Versailles now boasts 2,300 rooms spread over 63,154 m2 and stands as one of the finest achievements of French art in the 17th century.
The Palace
The Origami bus will drop you off at the parking "Place des Armes" right in front of the Palace.
You may use the A Entrance to access the Palace.
After the mandatory security check, you can begin your visit freely.
You will have around 4 hours to visit the Palace, the Park, the Gardens and the estate of Trianon including the "Grand Trianon", the "Petit Trianon" and the Queen's Hamlet.
Good to know! There is a 30 mins walk in between the Palace and the return meeting point.
Audio guide
To access the audio guide, download the "Palace of Versailles" app available for smartphones and tablets. It can be used without internet connection and also includes an interactive map of the Estate.
Your Versailles Ticket will be given to you by the Tootbus agent at the bus before departure, please make sure to collect this one to enter to the castle as your voucher will not allow you the entrance to the castle.
