Upon arrival at Tonle Sap Lake, board a boat for a 1.5-hour ride, watching for some of the migratory birds that can often be seen at the edge of the water. Tour the floating village of Kompong Phluk, whose name means "Harbor of the Tusks," where everything from police stations to schools float on the water.
