- The gondola ride is NOT private but is shared with other participants.
- This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
- Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; the seat on board cannot be chosen, but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on the guests' weight.
- The guide will be on one gondola only, the participants on the other gondolas will listen to him/her via audio devices.
- Live commentary is available in English, French, Spanish and Italian. Commentary in German, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi and Russian will be provided by a mobile application to be downloaded to personal devices (smartphones, tablets)
- A smartphone or tablet is required to use the commentary on the mobile app
- The itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather.
