North Seymour Island Full Day Tour

It is a spectacular place to hiking, swimming, enjoy snorkeling. On this island you can see (among other Palo Santo trees, colonies footed boobies blue (they perform their mating dance in the open Island) areas. Colorful seagulls sitting on the edges of cliffs and admire numerous frigate birds in their nests.

Across the island, and as the waves crash on the rocks, you can also appreciate mischievous sea lions playing and surfing in the sea. North Seymour is mostly flat and arid, with some vegetation that includes cactus, rosewood and salt bushes. The area of the islands is approximately 1.9 square kilometers and a maximum altitude of 28 meters North Seymour Island is located near the Island Baltra (this is the island where you arrive and leave Galapagos).

North Seymour is formed by a lifting its lava rock base under Ocean. Seymour is separated from Baltra Island for small canal. Seymour Island is best known as "Seymour Norte", while the Isla Baltra is Island also known as "South Seymour”.
