Itinerary
3am – Pick up from Jerusalem and transfer to Eilat through the Negev Desert
7:45am – Arrive in Eilat, and be one of the first at the border before the crowds show up
8:30am-8:45am – Cross the border into Jordan fully aided by our representatives
9:15am-9:30am– Transfer to Petra through the Jordanian Desert
11am – Quick stop for bathrooms, opportunity to purchase snacks/coffee, enjoy a quick view of Mount Haroun
11:30am – Arrive at Petra, take a guided tour of the site, maximum of 25 travelers in the group during the guided tour
2pm – Free time to explore in Petra, independent of the guide and group
4:30pm – Meet at the exit of Petra and begin your journey back to Israel
6:30pm – Arrive at the Jordanian side of the border
7:30pm – Cross over into Eilat and return to Jerusalem, travel time back to Jerusalem is approximately 4 hours

Please note that the border crossing fee of US$70 (230 NIS), which should be paid in cash or by credit card on the Israeli side, and the visa fee of $60, which should be paid in cash (USD or JOD) on the Jordanian side.

Israeli passport holders (or holders of dual passports with an Israeli passport) must use their Israeli passport at every border crossing.
