• Participants must be 16plus to enter the venue.
• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors.
• Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for people with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue.
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given.
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member.
• Cast may change without notice; refunds won’t be issued for cast changes.
• Mobile phone use is strictly prohibited during the performance, except in emergencies.
• Some areas are small and dimly lit, with stairs, overhead obstacles, flashing lights, and smoke effects that may cause discomfort.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed inside the venue.
• Guests must wear the provided Fox Mask anywhere on the head (not covering the face).
• Large baggage that does not fit into lockers may be left outside, but valuables should be kept secure.
• Only smartphone photography and videography are allowed.
• Before the show starts, you may take photos of most artworks during the exhibition period.
• Videos must be under 15 seconds and recording while walking is not allowed.
• Photography and recording are strictly prohibited once the performance begins.
• Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or cold symptoms will not be admitted.
• Speaking is strictly prohibited after the performance begins.
• If you feel unwell, inform staff immediately. Depending on your condition, you may be asked to leave.
