City Bike Tour with Beer Garden Stop
This 5.5 hour bike tour is a great way to take in the best of what Berlin has to offer! If you’ve never been to Berlin before, this is the perfect way to familiarize yourself with the city, and enjoy the lively craft beer culture.. If you’re a Berlin veteran, you will still learn something new and appreciate the city even more.
Cycle through former East and West Berlin, visiting key sites like the Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie, Hitler's bunker, and the Reichstag, while exploring the legacy of the Third Reich. Enjoy a ride through Tiergarten, stop at a local beer garden, and see the iconic Brandenburg Gate and Museum Island before returning to the shop at the TV Tower.Take in more than 800 years of history, from Berlin’s founding as a fishing village, to the dynamic capital of reunited Germany.
What you’ll see:
- Cross between former East and West Berlin, seeing one of the only remaining sections of the Berlin Wall and Checkpoint Charlie.
- Visit the site of Hitler’s bunker and the Reichstag, and discuss the legacy of the Third Reich on modern Berlin
- Bike through the Tiergarten and stop at one of our favorite beer gardens along the way
- Cycle down historic Unter den Linden
- Finally, we will show you the iconic Brandenburg Gate and picturesque Museum Island before returning to our shop at the base of the TV Tower
