About Lorenzo,

I am an authentic Venetian, born with a passion for cooking transmitted by my mother. I have spent a lifetime working in kitchens of various restaurants and now I have the pleasure of introducing our culinary culture to my curious guests.

Every day I go to the central Rialto market to choose the best fish and the freshest vegetables which I then offer to my guests. My cuisine/style of cooking is traditional, as it is what my family has always made: the pasta must be homemade!
