Discover Tuscany by Tuk Tuk - Private Tour
We will meet at the "P" parking sign in "Piazza della Calza" by Porta Romana, near "San Giovanni Battista della Calza" at 9:45am, ready for a 10am start. The drive to the Chianti will take about an hour, during which your guide will outline the day's itinerary and share fascinating insights about Tuscany’s history, culture, and landscapes.
As you relax and take in the scenic drive enjoy the rolling hills, dotted with vineyards and olive groves. Your guide's engaging stories and knowledge will enhance your appreciation of the region, making the drive both informative and enjoyable.
Your driver will greet you and lead you through the scenic roads of Tuscany and the Chianti hills. You will journey in this iconic vehicle for about 1.5 hours, passing stunning landscapes, making several photo stops, and hearing fascinating local tales.
Finally, stop at our favorite local winery for a "grand mama" lunch prepared by the nonna and her family, who own the property.
After touring the winery and learning about the winemaking process and their selection, sit down and enjoy a typical Tuscan lunch featuring antipasti and fresh pasta or lasagna, all paired with delicious wine.
The day isn't over yet! You can still enjoy another 45-minute ride through the rolling Tuscan hills, basking in the Tuscan sun, before we head back to the headquarters. The journey back to Florence will take approximately an hour.
You'll be dropped off at the starting point, with a camera full of photos and a host of new friends arriving at approximately 5pm.
