Discover Isabela Island and Tintoreras Islets – Full-Day Tour

We begin the tour at Puerto Ayora to board the ferry that will take us to Isabela Island.

We will start this activity from Isabela Island, from the bay we will take a boat to a group of islets called Tintoreras. Well known for being the habitat of penguins and white tip sharks! Other animals we can observe from the surrounding islets are: rays, sea turtles, bay sharks, colourful fish, etc.

Once we arrive on one of the islets we will take a a short walk to observe the Tintorera sharks. Along a fenced canal, we can find many individuals of the species. Later, we can enjoy some time snorkelling near the site. At the end of our activity, we will head to the port to enjoy lunch.

Our next stop is the Flamingo Lagoon where we will have some time to take pictures before finally heading to the Arnaldo Tupiza Breeding Centre to see the turtles in the conservation area.

We end the tour going back to Puerto Ayora by ferry.
